1. About Us
Fourge is a UK-based BBQ collective made up of four individuals — a chef, a butcher, a flavour specialist, and a digital community builder. Together, we offer high-quality BBQ products, apparel, and event catering under the Fourge brand name.
2. Fulfilment & Products
Orders may be fulfilled by different team members depending on the product category:
- Pantry items (e.g. rubs, sauces, salts) are created and dispatched by Ben through his business, Harry J’s.
- Meat products are prepared and shipped by Liam in his role as Factory Shop Manager at The Catering Butcher.
- Merchandise (e.g. clothing, accessories) may be fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners or managed directly by a member of the Fourge team.
Items in your order may arrive separately depending on where and how they’re fulfilled.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors will not be honoured and affected orders may be cancelled or amended with prior notice to the customer.
4. Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched.
5. Shipping
We offer UK shipping only. Estimated delivery times and costs are provided at checkout. Some products may dispatch from different locations and may arrive in multiple shipments. We are not responsible for courier delays once items have been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
- Perishable items (e.g. meat, sauces) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, branding, photos, and copy — is the property of Fourge unless stated otherwise. Use or reproduction of our intellectual property without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
We take great care in the preparation and delivery of our products. However, we are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions — please read all ingredient and allergen information before purchase.
- Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Incorrect information provided at checkout by the customer.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
